Shipboard power & instrument cables are the arteries and capillaries of the vessels, and they are used throughout every marine structure, similar to the human body. The cables are naturally used during new vessel building stages, and they are also commonly needed for existing ships undergoing retrofits, such as BWTS and scrubber installations, or during repairs after some incidents. Driven by the motivation of being a one-stop supplier, we decided to build our cable stock to meet increasing customer demands and become a solution partner for our customers who need immediate delivery.

We are experienced with cables

We have been running our Cable Division since 2018 with the beginning of the BWTS and scrubber installation projects on board existing vessels. Over the years, we have completed many successful domestic and international deliveries and fleetwide projects. As we were selected as a supplier for many different and respected projects, we gained more experience in marine power & instrument cables and understood more about industry demands. With our quality staff's improving knowledge and dedication, we tailored our cable stock to cover complete marine industry demands.

What class approvals do your cables have?

Our cables are type-approved (TA) by ABS, DNV, LR, BV, RINA, and TL.

Where is our stock located?

Our stock point is Tuzla/Istanbul, near the Shipyards district.

Do we keep all types of cables in our stock?

Adamar’s specialty is marine supply, and we aim to be the ultimate solution partner for our customers in the maritime business. In other words, Adamar is a strong player for marine power & instrument cables only.

Is same-day delivery possible?

Yes, we do for many occasions. Our primary motivation for keeping such a strong stock ready for delivery is to make quick deliveries and allow our customers to perform non-stop repairs and installations.

If our cables fail, will you face financial liabilities?

Don’t worry; a warranty of up to 10 Million Eur will cover your losses in such an unexpected case. However, the cables in our stock are strictly controlled and tested in many aspects during factory manufacturing.

My vessel is coming to the shipyards in Turkey. Can I book my cables before my vessel’s arrival?

This is a common practice that we very frequently do for our customers. We prepare the ordered cables and supply them to the vessel upon arrival.

Why marine cables are essential?

Cables are needed all over the vessels to keep them operational. Sometimes, they are required for power transfer and sometimes for data transfer. If you need a specific cable and don’t have it, the whole equipment remains idle, and all operations are suspended.

Where are our cables manufactured?

Our cables are manufactured locally in state-of-the-art factories in Turkey.

I want my cables delivered to a country other than Turkey. Can you assist me with international deliveries?

We prepare your ordered cables carefully and pack them inside the fumigated wooden crates. Our Logistics Department arranges the most convenient mode of transportation to the final destination.
